ESTATE GLOSSARY
Abatement: share of inheritance or the income on which no tax to pay.

Donation: transfer of property made during the lifetime of the person, which the donor expects no compensation. The donation takes effect immediately.

Succession: The act of transmission property of a deceased person. Also refers to the value of this heritage.
Syndic of joint ownership: elected by the condominium association, it represents all the owners. It may be a professional, who will then pay, or one of the owners who will perform that function without charge. The trustee manages and lives of the condominium. is with great interest that this presentation has been accepted, those present were delighted to get involved and participate actively in shaping their future life.
Tenants have also been able to meet and share their first impressions about the cup of friendship.
Other dates will be scheduled as and measure progress.
The next meeting is scheduled Thursday, March 26, 2009 at 17:30 on site in the presence of the architect, on this occasion the future tenants choose their coverings housing and common areas of the building.
