Order it by Internet on the site http://www.irishbroadband.ie , you receive in the week. The connection is 512K max, after all depends on where you are. The price is 19 € / month. No need of telephone line, everything works in dublin! As in wifi you can lug around your hostel to your future home enanch flatmate. Installation takes 5 minutes by connecting the modem to the ethernet port of your computer.
