Does Tessalon Help Whooping Cough

Beginning of 2008 wise on house price

The latest barometer Seloger.com, the national price index of housing supply has stabilized at the beginning year.

From these figures, the prices of some regional cities where the trend was a continued decline even been increasing. This is particularly the case in Toulouse, where a square meter has returned 0.5% between November and January, after months of open plunge. Consequently, the annual trend for now is recovering at -3.4% against -5.4% last month in the pink city.
In regions Lille still holds the prize for the largest price increase over one year with an increase of 8.8%. But again, the latest trends are in relatively calm over three months, the evolution of prices is +0.9%. Last month, the quarterly pattern was still 1.7%. By cons, prices in Clermont-Ferrand continue to plummet: in three months, the square meter is still losing 0.7%, and falling over one year to nearly 8%.
Elsewhere, except in Rouen, where prices rose nearly 5% for three months, the trend is rather flat in quiet: Nantes, Rennes, Le Mans, Caen, prices were little changed .
SeLoger.com seen in recent developments the confirmation of a "Soft landing" fostered in particular by continued strong demand for housing, and a "comeback" of real estate to investors, discouraged by the turmoil in financial markets.
