At the entrance of PERAST, Montenegro (Balkan Republic to the south of independent Croatia, and still remained preserved from the invasion tourism), an ancient Venetian residence (17th century), contains a flat character, restored in 2006 and completely refurbished, with 6 windows, 3 of the sea, facing the twin islands of St George and Our Lady of the Reef ( contained in all documentation tourism of Montenegro).

Perast is a protected site by Unesco World Heritage of Mankind and no modern construction.

Distances are short in Montenegro (maximum 2 hours drive). The mountainous interior, exceptional, is a protected natural park: animal sanctuary of Lake Skadar, the Tara River Canyon (second in the world after Colorado) etc..
