VIRY: 3rd meeting around the visit of a building in the CODH

The group of residents took advantage of his VIRY 3rd meeting to visit the building the CODH Voirets the map to the wadding. So in the common room of the association Mill'o that the group met Saturday, January 15 morning.

After a quick coffee, 3 subgroups were formed around thinking:
- articles of association
- the presence or not of storeroom in the building accession Haute-Savoie
HABITAT - the future use of common spaces: the room, the "orchard" and "vegetable"

The progress of work around the association predicts the formal establishment of the association during the next meeting in February. You can download the draft statute on the website of the Haute-Savoie HABITAT.

The second sub-group proposed to vote on the presence of cellars in the homes that will compensate for the absence of basement and / or attic. The option was adopted unanimously.

Finally, trading on the common areas have highlighted the concern to have multipurpose areas requiring future management practice. These common areas will help create links between the inhabitants of the island.

The ideas are:
- the garden : vegetable group, orchard corner, quiet place because of the proximity of the apartments ...
- the orchard : meeting space for tables and benches (collapsible or hard?), Some games for children (sandpit, swing ,...), fruit trees in the region or large trees provide shade, ...
- for the common room : a multipurpose clean for meetings (meals, movies, party ,...) and an area of "dirty" for crafts (crafts, painting, ...), a kitchen and games ...

Finally, Philippe Deletraz, the project architect, presented the characteristics and prices of housing floor coverings. A working group was asked to consider the various options and submit at the next meeting a decision by the association.




Finally, the future inhabitants of Viry have visited the building of the Human Rights Council, with the explanation of an inhabitant of Voirets.
