What To Write For New Baby

VIRY: Proceedings of the 4th meeting of inhabitants

Monday night, the inhabitants of participatory project in Haute-Savoie HABITAT and CODH adopted the statutes of the association people in charge of finalizing the project, through its collective choices, and to organize the future management common areas. The second point THE AGENDA was to determine the location of the kitchen in the common room.

architect Philippe Deletraz, presented three variants of interior:

ALTERNATIVE 1: location of the kitchen in the room called a "clean" may be intended to meet ( children, dinner, projection video ,...)

ALTERNATIVE 2: location of the kitchen in room 2 so-called "dirty" can be for the various craft workshops and

ALTERNATIVE 3: localization of the kitchen in the corridor, in traffic between Hall 1 and 2.

After a first vote that allowed the exclusion of alternative 2, the exchanges around the final choice were finally allowed to vote on a VARIANT 4, not provided by the architect, locating the kitchen in the laundry area.

It is this last alternative was chosen (9 voting for Alternative 4 to 7 votes for option 1 to 1 abstention), assuming that the laundry area of the building group A and B (C who have a laundry room) is not necessarily much use , because of lifestyle on France rather turned to individual use of washing machines and tumble dryers, unlike the collective habits found in Geneva.

Finally, a synthesis of findings of working groups on floor coverings for apartment building B and C has been presented to validate the final choice ( 3rd item on the agenda ). The following coatings were used:

BUILDING B:
parquet wood glued in dry rooms (living room, hallway, lobby)
stoneware tile for wet rooms (bathroom, kitchen (before items), WC)
BUILDING C:
parquet wood glued in the living room and bedroom 1
resin concrete topping in the spare bedroom, hall, dégégament, cellars
stoneware tile for wet rooms

To conclude this meeting, the architect presented the alternatives relating to housing interior of the building B and C. Residents should meet by the next meeting where the choice will be stopped. As for other choices, they will be collected and will be done by building.
