AMBILLY: an innovative design incorporating intergenerational housing and modular homes
intergenerational housing two apartments side by side can communicate through a shared balcony. The family occupying the larger of the two homes will regularly monitor that his neighbor needs nothing. It can handle some tasks such as carrying shopping or whatever. A convention of Sleep mutual well-being of the dwelling next door will be signed. The smaller unit will be adapted for the disabled or elderly. Our first aim will be to allocate housing by 2 and we will work with the particular reserving to arrive to find two families interested in this type of habitat.
Modular Housing: on delivery of the building, several "couples" of housing, type 2 and type 4 will be constructed so as to have a room that could be linked to one or other of the housing. Families will move according to their marital status. When housing becomes available, a proposal will be made to neighbors: "your family status has changed? "" You need one more room or less room? . Rather than move house, the work will be performed by the OPAC to switch a part of a dwelling to another. The occupants will benefit from a coherent space with the number of squatter move.
