On 16 June, the town hall of Epagny many tenants have come in order to realize the lines proposed at the meeting of April 29, 2009.
After a presentation of detailed estimates by Elodie GUICHON and Patrick GELINAS and debate between the prospective occupants in an atmosphere of conviviality and respective agreement, an agreement was reached concerning the cleaning of the building. The maintenance of walkways and the stairwell will be supported by residents. To do this, a schedule will be set up by tenants. The maintenance of the lobby, elevator, basement and common areas will be entrusted to a specialized company. For headways, the hall will be serviced 2 times per week and the stairwell once a week. Regarding maintenance of common outdoor areas (mowing lawns, clumps interviews), the tenants wanted to entrust the task to a firm green spaces, each occupant of a private garden to maintain itself. At the end of the meeting, visit group homes was proposed. This visit took place on July 1, to the delight of all. On this occasion the tenants were able to visualize their personal choice of wallpaper and floor coverings and apply the latest technical changes (moving sink, creating a water in the cellar ...).
